Here at Formalities, we LOVE getting to know our brides. For the most part, our jobs are all about helping you find your perfect GOWN! But we also like to get to know the girl inside the gown. At Formalities, you will not only be our bride, you will become our friend. And like any good friend, we will stand by you every step of the way.

Our new relationship starts with this amazing once in a lifetime Very Important Bride appointment. We would greatly appreciate you completing the following questionnaire to help us get to know you and your wedding vision a little better. Please fill out the following form within 72 hours of receiving the link. This will help us prepare to make your VIB experience with us a memorable one.

We are so looking forward to your after hours experience. Please read though the following and check the box at bottom signifying your agreement and acceptance of the following terms:

Our experience times are as follows:

Bridal only: 2 hours

Bride Tribe: 1.5 hours

Mom Only: 1 hour

Get it ALMOST all done: 3 hours

Our time schedules are very strict due to back to back bookings and staffing. Please understand that if your experience goes over the allotted time frame, there will be a $25 charge per 30 minutes of overage which will be run on the credit card you gave when booking. There is no refund for experiences that do not use the allotted time.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. The shop door will be locked. When you arrive, please stay in your vehicle and call 814-357-2060 to allow your consultant to know you have arrived. They will then call you back when they have completed setting up for your RED CARPET experience and welcome you!
