After Hours FAQs
How far in advance should I request an After Hours appointment?
After Hours appointments must be requested at least one week in advance and are subject to boutique and staff availability.
When should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. The doors may still be locked while we prepare the boutique for you. Give us a call when you arrive, and we'll let you know when we're ready to welcome you in.
How many people can I bring to an After Hours appointment?
Diamond V.I.B. and Platinum experiences allow up to 10 guests, not including the bride.
Can my appointment run longer than the scheduled time?
Additional time may be available. Diamond V.I.B. and Platinum appointments are $40 for each additional 30 minutes.
